Terms and conditions

Pureandcare.dk ejes og drives af Pure and Care ApS, CVR-nr. 36429585 (herefter Pureandcare.dk), Lundhøjvej 30, 8680 Ry, webshop@pureandcare.dk.

We offer free shipping on purchases of 300,- in DK. These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods on Pureandcare.dk for delivery in Denmark. For purchases within the EU, free delivery is offered for orders over €50. 

Free shipping inside the EU on orders of more than EUR 50 with delivery to parcel shop. This requires that PostNord or their subcontractors can offer delivery to a parcel shop.

For international orders, there will always be a shipping fee which is determined at checkout. 

Ordering and payment

www.pureandcare.com is an online shop, so you can almost always have a look at our products. However, we may close the online shop due to maintenance. Purchases can only be made when the online shop is open and available.

To shop at www.pureandcare.com, you must be 18 years of age and own a valid payment card that we accept. If you are not yet 18 years of age, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to conclude the purchase.

Select the items you want to buy and put them in the "shopping basket". You may change the contents of the shopping basket right up to the moment you place the order, and you can regularly check the shopping basket’s contents and the prices of goods.

Any extra payments, e.g. shipping and payment card fees, will be calculated just before payment.

When you are ready to order, click "Proceed to checkout" and enter your name, address, email and phone number, and select your preferred payment and delivery method.

You may change the contents of the shopping cart until you confirm your purchase by pressing the "Proceed to checkout" button. Thereafter your order will be forwarded to www.pureandcare.com. Once you have ordered an item, you will immediately receive a receipt for your order and an order confirmation, where you can see any information concerning your order.

The purchase agreement is binding only after you have received an order confirmation from us. We cannot be held responsible for system errors and errors that occur in connection with the payment system.

Should an item be on backorder or unavailable, and the rest of the order still can be delivered, only the amount covering the shipped products will be charged to the card.

We use Quickpay and Shopify Payments as our payment system (see more at www.quickpay.net and www.shopify.com ). We accept payment with VisaDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.

We do not charge your card until after the order has been shipped. Should a delivery consist of a partial delivery, the amount will not be charged until all products have been shipped. You may also use gift cards as payment at our online shop.

Delivery

PostNord delivery to address with delivery: from DK – DKK 35.

OBS: Individual shipping rates per. country.

Delivery time:
We always pack your order as soon as possible and usually ship your order on the same day if you place your order before 12:00 on a weekday.

If you order after 12:00 on a weekday, we will ship your order the next day. You can always track your package using the tracking link sent with your order confirmation.

During sales and promotions, the warehouse may be so busy that delivery times will be longer.

Shipping outside of Denmark:
We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or delays to your order in the receiving country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged shipment:
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must refuse delivery – both if it is delivered to a parcel shop or if you have ordered home delivery. We do not replace missing products from a damaged parcel.

Uncollected parcels:
If you fail to collect a parcel from the parcel shop and it is returned to us, you will have to pay the actual costs that the carrier charges us for the return shipment. If you want the parcel resent, you will have to pay any new delivery cost.

Right of cancellation and warranty

If you regret your purchase, www.pureandcare.com guarantees returns. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must comply with the following conditions, deadlines and procedures.

1. Du har 14 dages fortrydelsesret. Fortrydelsesretten på de 14 dage løber fra den dag, hvor den sidste vare i din ordre er i din fysiske besiddelse. Dét betyder, at du, inden 14 dage, skal give os besked om, at du vil gøre brug af din fortrydelsesret. Du skal skriftligt give besked om din fortrydelse på mail til webshop@pureandcare.dk.

When you notify us of your cancellation, please let us know:

  • Which item or items your right of cancellation concerns
  • Date of receipt of online order
  • Order number
  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Date

2. You must send us the item or items you wish to return within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return your purchase. Shipping costs are at your own expense.

The amount you have paid for the item(s) in question, including any delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your cancellation. We may withhold the refund until the cancelled item has been received or until you have provided documentation that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Reimbursement will be made to the means of payment that was originally used to make the purchase. You will receive a credit note by email when we refund the purchase price inclusive of any shipping costs.

When making returns, you should ensure that the goods are securely packed. This is because you are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it / them. Therefore, you should save the posting receipt and potentially the tracking number as well. Note! We do not accept packages sent using the cash-on-delivery system or packages sent to parcel shops.

Warranty

All items include a 2-year warranty unless stated otherwise on the item. You may not exercise your warranty rights if an item’s “use by” date has been exceeded. If received goods have any errors or omissions, we must be informed of this within a reasonable time frame after these errors or omissions have been identified or should have been identified.

Hvis du ønsker at reklamere over en vare, venligst send en mail til webshop@pureandcare.dk, vi behandler reklamationer seriøst og vil derfor helst have en reklamation på skrift for at undgå misforståelser. Det vil være en fordel af vedhæftet et foto, men ikke en nødvendighed.

If your item is found to have errors or omissions, Pure & Care is responsible for rectifying such defects within a reasonable time frame. If this is not possible – or it is not deemed appropriate by Pure & Care – www.pureandcare.com is instead responsible for delivering a new item without any defects after receipt of the defective item. If a new delivery is not possible, www.pureandcare.com will refund the purchase price instead. The amount you paid for the item in question, including the delivery costs, will be refunded after the item is returned and will be transferred to the means of payment with which the purchase was initially made. Return shipping for goods that have errors or omissions is paid for by Pure & Care. You must inform Pure & Care what the error or omission is. In addition, you must present the order confirmation, invoice or similar documentation (original or copy). We can only reimburse your return shipping costs if the return is made using PostNord. We will send you a credit note by email when we refund you the purchase price, including delivery costs and any return expenses.

It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not appear due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour. In these situations, it is important that you do not remove anything from the package and that you save the original packaging, as you may otherwise void your warranty.

Personal data

Pure & Care processes your personal data in accordance with the applicable personal data rules and laws. You can find our current cookie and privacy policy here. When shopping at www.pureandcare.com, you must provide the following information:

We store the above data alongside information about which goods you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the fiscal year which the information concerns. After this, the information will be deleted. This is in accordance with §10 of the Bookkeeping Act.

This information will not be passed on or sold to third parties unless a restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company occurs. Disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the data protection legislation currently in force.

As a customer, you may obtain insight into our data registration concerning you, and you may object to such registration in accordance with the rules on this in the Personal Data Act on the processing of personal data. Inquiries concerning this must be directed to Pure & Care via info@pureandcare.dk.

Applicable law and competent court

All prices on pureandcare.dk are stated in the currency of your choice and will include VAT, but exclude shipping.

We reserve the right to make changes to all policies, terms and conditions, including these sales conditions. You will be subject to the applicable terms and conditions, policies and sales conditions in force at the time of your purchase ..
If any of these sales conditions are deemed invalid or (for any reason) unenforceable, that condition will be deemed invalid but will not affect the validity and enforcement of any remaining terms and conditions.
