Orders and Payment

When shopping in our online stores, you can view and edit the contents of your shopping cart at any time until you complete the payment. Before placing your order, you will be shown a list of the items you have selected, the total price including VAT and any delivery costs.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation is an acknowledgement that we have received your order. The purchase agreement is not finalized until you have received a separate shipping confirmation and the goods have been shipped.

We offer payment via the following payment methods:

  • Payment cards (Visa/Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit and Maestro)
  • MobilePay
  • PayPal
  • Google Pay

We will reserve the required amount in your account when you order, but we will not deduct it until the item has been shipped. However, if you pay with PayPal or MobilePay, the amount may be deducted immediately.

All prices are quoted in the currency of your choice and include Danish VAT, but exclude any delivery, customs or other import costs.

We use Quickpay as our secure payment solution. Quickpay handles all card information encrypted (SSL), so your payment data cannot be accessed or read by unauthorized parties. See more at quickpay.net.

Delivery

Which countries do we deliver to?

We deliver to addresses in Denmark, throughout the EU and in the following countries outside the EU: Canada, Liechtenstein, Norway, United Kingdom and United States.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary widely and depend on the carrier and delivery methods chosen in the destination country.

We offer free shipping to a Danish parcel shop for purchases over DKK 300 and to a parcel shop in another EU country for purchases over EUR 50. However, this requires that delivery to a parcel shop is an option in the recipient country.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, separate shipping costs apply. Any costs for customs, VAT and other import duties in the recipient country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded by us.

Delivery times

Orders placed before 12 noon on a weekday are usually shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon on a weekday or on weekends or Danish public holidays will be shipped the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, shipping can be delayed by one working day.

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to a tracking number, allowing you to follow the shipping process yourself. Parcels to Danish addresses are generally expected to take 1-3 days to arrive, while parcels sent abroad will typically arrive after 3-7 days.

Has the item been damaged during transport?

If your package has been damaged during transport, it doesn't necessarily mean the item is also damaged. It's a judgment call you have to make when you see the package, and you can either refuse to accept it or accept it with reservations.

If you refuse receipt, the carrier will return the package to us. Please contact us as soon as possible at webshop@pureandcare.dk, so that we are informed and can process your complaint faster.

If you receive the package and subsequently discover that one or more items are broken, please contact us as soon as possible after you have discovered the damage. Please send an email to webshop@pureandcare.dk with your order number and attach photos of the package itself, the packaging and the products that have been damaged. We will then process your complaint as soon as possible.

Other info about the delivery process

When choosing PostNord Pakkeshop: Please note that there is a collection deadline for deliveries to parcel shops. The deadline will be stated in the text/e-mail you receive when the package has arrived at the parcel shop. If the package is not collected within the deadline, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the amount you have paid, less any transport costs paid for the delivery and the transport costs incurred for the return. If the total transport costs exceed the value of the goods, the refund is 0, regardless of the currency used.

When choosing PostNord delivery: In many countries, you can arrange with the carrier to leave the package at your home address without needing to be present. Please note that with such arrangements, responsibility for the parcel passes to you as soon as the parcel is left at the agreed location. As such, we cannot accept liability for any loss or disappearance once the package has been delivered. You are responsible for tracking your packages and covering any losses.

Right of withdrawal

According to sections 18-25 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, as a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel the order after receiving goods purchased online in Denmark and the EU.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please send a clear and unequivocal statement to
webshop@pureandcare.dk within 14 days from the day you received the goods.

You can copy and paste the following lines into your email:

Cancellation form

I hereby inform you that I wish to exercise my right to cancel the order regarding my purchase agreement for the following goods:

[here the items are listed]

Order number: [insert your order number, as written in your order conformation]

Ordered on: [insert the date the order was placed]

Received on: [insert date of order receipt]

Name: [insert the name used in the order]

Address: [insert your address]

Even if you wish to cancel your order before you have received it, you must clearly inform us. You cannot cancel your order simply by refusing to receive the package or by not collecting it from the parcel shop. If your package is returned by the carrier due to refused receipt or non-collection from the parcel shop without us having received your notice of withdrawal or complaint, we will refund the amount you have paid, less any transport costs paid for the delivery and the transport costs incurred for the return. If the total transport costs exceed the value of the goods, the refund is 0, regardless of the currency used.

Cancellation returns

If you cancel your order, the items must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your cancellation. Please send the return to the following address:

Pure and Care ApS
Lundhøjvej 30
DK - 8680 Ry

If you want to cancel your order, you must bear the cost of the return shipment yourself. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery or without the correct postage.

You are responsible for the package until it reaches us, so please pack the item securely and save the shipping receipt and tracking number. When we receive the returned item, it must be unused and in its original, unbroken and undamaged packaging. If the returned item has suffered any loss in value for which you are responsible, the amount of that loss will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation refunds

14 days from the date we are notified of your wish to cancel your order, or at the latest immediately after we have regained possession of the goods, we will initiate a refund of the payment we have received from you, less any loss of value (see section "Cancellation returns").

The refund includes any delivery costs. We do not refund the delivery cost if you cancel only part of your order.

The refund will be made to the same payment method you used when placing the order.

Right to complain

In accordance with the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you as a consumer have a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the item is faulty or defective, you have the right to have it repaired, replaced, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the circumstances of the situation. The right to complain applies to defects that were present on the goods at the time of delivery or that appear within the complaint period. It does not apply to damage or defects caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

You must make a complaint within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

The complaint must be made in writing to us via webshop@pureandcare.dk and must include:

  • A description of the problem
  • Documentation in the form of photos or videos

We treat complaints seriously and respond quickly. In the event of a justified complaint, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.
