Do you test your products on animals?
No, we do not test our products on animals. Firstly, it would be against our values, and secondly, we of course follow the EU regulations that ban animal testing of cosmetic products.

Are the products vegan?
A large selection of our products are vegan, but not all, as in some products we use honey, snail mucin, collagen and other ingredients. If you are interested only in our vegan products, you can use the filtering option to display only products that are vegan. 

Where are the products sold?
You can find our products retailed in 10 countries: Denmark (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands), Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Finland and Iraq. Are the products safe to use?
All our products are safety assessed and CPNP registered in the EU.
We work closely with a professional team of cosmetic chemists and chemical engineers.
Part of our facial care range is dermatologically tested at Proderm GmbH – Germany.

Can I use the products during pregnancy/breastfeeding? 
You can safely use our products during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
However, we do not recommend strong peeling treatments for pregnant women.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use the products?
Our standard facial care range is dermatologically tested. You can find the test results on the products in the shop.
Our products have been tested on all skin types – including hypersensitive skin. This means that you can safely use our products even if your skin is delicate.

Can I use multiple serums together?
Yes, we recommend waiting a few minutes between applying each product, whether it is serum, cream or another skincare product. This allows the ingredients in the product to penetrate the skin.

When will I receive my order?
In the vast majority of cases, you will receive your order within 1-3 business days. If you are concerned about the progress of your package, you can always write to us via webshop@pureandcare.dk and we will help you as soon as possible.

Can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link via email. If you are concerned about the progress of your package, you can always write to us via webshop@pureandcare.dk and we will help you as soon as possible.

I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation in my email.
Have you checked your spam folder and are you sure you completed the purchase? Send us an email at webshop@pureandcare.dk and we will help you.

How do I return a product?
You have a 14-day right of cancellation. The 14-day right of cancellation begins from the day on which the last item in your order is in your physical possession. This means that you must notify us that you will exercise your right of cancellation within 14 days. You must notify info@pureandcare.dk via email that you wish to return your order. You will then send the product back to us.

My order has arrived, but there is a problem, the order is incomplete, or an item is broken. What should I do?
If you want to complain about an item, send us an email at info@pureandcare.dk and attach a picture of the item and the receipt. We take complaints seriously and are ready to help you.

Where are you located?
You will find our HQ in Ry, Denmark. This is where we develop ideas and design new products.
