Derma Roller (0.5 mm)
This Derma Roller is equipped with 540 high-quality ultra-fine needles that create microscopic channels in the skin. This stimulates the skin’s natural repair process and promotes, among other things, the production of collagen and elastin. The Derma Roller can advantageously be used together with a serum, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate even deeper into the skin.
Derma Rollers are made of 304 Stainless Steel, nickel-free.
The product has CE marking.

How to Use PUCA PURE & CARE Derma Roller
- Before use, disinfect the Derma Roller. This can be done either by thoroughly spraying the roller head with pure isopropyl alcohol or by immersing the roller head in pure isopropyl alcohol for 5–10 minutes. Allow the Derma Roller to air dry on a clean surface.
- Cleanse the skin thoroughly.
- Apply PUCA PURE & CARE 5% EMGPEPTIDE ® - EGF Serum to help support skin renewal and recovery.
- Gently roll over the skin 4–6 times horizontally, vertically, and diagonally without applying excessive pressure.
- Apply PUCA PURE & CARE Collagen + Peptide Serum or 8D Hyaluronic Acid Serum after treatment and finish with a nourishing cream.
- Always disinfect the Derma Roller after use.
We recommend using the PUCA PURE & CARE Derma Roller once or twice weekly on the same skin area, but only after the skin has fully recovered from the previous treatment.
You may also seek advice from your cosmetologist depending on your skin type and any specific skin concerns.
Durability
A Derma Roller typically lasts for between 10 and 45 treatments.

Avoid using foundation during the first 24 hours after treatment.
Do not use on skin with wounds, open sores, or cuts.
Should not be used on skin with active acne breakouts.
Should not be used on photosensitive skin.
Disinfect your PUCA PURE & CARE Derma Roller before and after use, and allow it to air dry in a clean place.
Store it in the supplied box and always keep it out of reach of children.
