The patches are gentle on the skin, but we recommend testing one first.
1. Rinse the skin and remove all dirt, then pat it dry.
2. Remove the protective layer. Press it gently on the affected area. Hold the patch in place for half a minute to make sure it sticks.
3. For best results, leave the patch on overnight or for up to 10 hours.
